Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing STYLZBYSHALYN! To ensure a safe, professional, and personalized experience for every client, please review and respect the following salon policies. •All Deposits are non-refundable. -Deposits are applied toward your service total. •All services and sales are final. •STYLZBYSHALYN requires at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of all scheduled services. -If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule online or notify STYLZBYSHALYN at 307-462-3169. •No Call / No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). •A valid card must remain on file at all times. -The card on file may be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies outlined above. •After any occurrence of a No Call / No Show or payment issue, I reserve the right to discontinue accepting you as a client. •Results may vary based on your hair history, current hair condition, and overall hair health. •I reserve the right to refuse, modify, or adjust a service if I determine that proceeding may compromise the integrity or health of your hair.
