Cancellation Policy

STYLZBYSHALYN has a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations under 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the appointment time. •All cancellations under 48 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). •No Call / No Show Appointments will be required to pay 100% of scheduled service(s). •A valid card must be on file at all times. •Deposits are applied towards your service(s) total and are non-refundable. Any deposit paid is refundable if an appointment is canceled in accordance with the 48-hour cancellation policy. In such cases, the stylist or salon service provider will issue the refund within 30 days of the cancellation. •After any occurrence of no call / no show or payment issues I will no longer be able to accept you as a client. *Results may vary based on hair history and overall hair health. I reserve the right to refuse or adjust services if hair integrity is at risk. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies.
