If you must cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment time. •All cancellations under 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of 25% of all scheduled service(s). •No Call / No Show Appointments will be required to pay 100% of scheduled service in order to book again. •A valid card must be on file at all times. •Deposits are applied towards your service total and are non-refundable. •After 3 occurrences of no shows or payment issues I will no longer be able to accept you as a client.
